How to update target group for recurring campaign?

Hello experts!

We need to construct a monthly recurring campaign where, for example, in month 1 we have 300 BPs, and in month 2 we have 130 BPs. The difference is because BPs are updated, result from the month 1 campaign's execution.

How can we achieve this behavior?? because the campaign only consider target groups previously built and remain fixed.
