Delivered Scores not available

Hello community,

 

unfortunately I am facing an issue with the contact fact sheet.

When opening the contact fact sheet and navigating to the facet "Scores" it displays "No scores available". Also the key performance indicators (KPIs) are missing in the header area.

 

The contact and interaction was imported via function module CUAN_CE_INTERACTIONS_POST_FLAT. I assume there is no need to use function module CUAN_CE_IC_POST_FLAT, since contact data is also loaded with module CUAN_CE_INTERACTIONS_POST_FLAT.

 

Nevertheless I would expect delivered scores like the activity score to be displayed in the scores facet of the contact fact sheet.
According to the "Installation and Configuration Guide" - Chapter 8.1 "Scoring", I only have to define a number range for predictive models in customizing and run report CUAN_TC_CREATE_PRED_MODELS in transaction SA38.

 

I also executed task list CUAN_INITIAL_SEI_SETUP in transaction STC01 but that stopped in task "Initialize SAP Social Contact Intelligence" with warning "No SAP ERP or SAP CRM data integrated". According to the "Installation and Configuration Guide" - Chapter 11.2 "Additional Technical Configuration Steps", the task list is mandatory for the use of SCI. So I am wondering if that might be the reason for the missing scores, even though I don't intend to use replicated CRM data but only uploaded demo data.

 

Is there a possible way for me to further check the issue? Did I miss any initial customizing or task? I only want to display the delivered scores like activity score.
