Marketing Plan & Campaign & integration with PS

Need your help !

I have doubt regarding Marketing plan & Campaign and its integration with PS system.We creating Marketing Plan & campaign in CRM & then replicate it to PS for Budget Tracking & cost estimation.My question is Will Marketing plan be created as Project in PS followed by Campaign as its WBS element. or else how is it that their integration gets reflected from CRM to PS.
