Hi,
When I execute a campaign to send email I don't seem to create any interaction objects. The campaign executes without errors, the emails are sent, CRMD_EMAIL_LIST shows the emails - but there is no contact visible at the business partner.
In customizing I activated the interaction object for all applications and I configured the communication medium for internet mail without a transaction type.
I also tried what happens if I configure an activity for the communication medium. In this case the activity is created but still I don't see the email that has been sent.
Did I miss something? Any ideas?
