Marketing Org not Determine in Campaign

Dear Gurus / Champs !!!!

I am facing problem in Marketing Org Determination while creating Campaign. I have followed following steps for Marketing Org Determination :

1. Create Marketing Org Structure by Assigning Marketing Manager as Position then assign User on position .

2. Click  Marketing on Functions Tab.

3. Select Country and Currency as an Attributes and Click on Obj. permitted in determination .

4. Created BP Role as an Employee of User and assign it's User ID in BP Data

But still could not find the solution . Please cooperate in solving that issue .
