Hello *, I am facing the requirement to integrate SAP CRM 7.0 with an external Mailing tool. Segmentation and campaign Management shall take place in CRM. But the execution of outbound emails, answers, bounces etc. has to be done via an external component. Does anyone have experiences with something like this? Could the BADIs CRM_MKT_EXP_CAMP_DAT, CRM_MKT_EXT_PLAN_TG & CRM_MKTTG_TG_OTHER_DTP_SPLIT help with this? Kind regards Thomas
