How to set an External URL Page, as a CRM Page ????

Hi Experts,

I want to set an external URL Page, as a CRM Page ( like when I am opening a specific Role, then that External URL should look like a home screen page in CRM window ) for that particular role every time.

Suppose I am putting Google as a TL in UI then whenever I am opening that specific Role that time Google search page should already open in CRM work center.
