Customers in a target group - (limit)

Hi

Does anyone know if there is a badi I can use in CRM to:-

If a customer has been in more than 5 target groups - (comm type email) in a day he needs to be excluded from any more (that day)

until the beginning of the next day when he can be in a further 5 target groups.

The marketing agency can sometimes send 8 or 9 emails a day to a customer.
