Dear SAP Experts,
We have sales happening through ECC for some sales division and for other divisions through the CRM. If we implement the Loyalty management, would we able to incorporate the customer's interaction, and hence add up the points, from both the areas, CRM as well as ECC?
Moreover, how tedious, if at all, it is to implement the loyalty management.
Some tips on the same would be highly useful and much appreciated.
