Hello Gurus,
I am setting up an automated campaign, in this case quite simple: daily birthday mails.
Now the functionality itself works fine, although I am running into problems regarding the unpredictable behavior of when the workflow jobs are being ran in the background. I can not find the place where I can control this and it is driving me nuts 
Because of wrong timing, the target group is not yet refreshed before the mailing is being sent, thus I am running 1 day behind all the time.
I set up the start node of the campaign as follows:
I assumed that the planned start date/time would determine the background job scheduling, but none of that seems to be true.
I configured the campaign element like this.. tried to play around with delay times etc.
The background jobs are so random that I cannot see any patterns like e.g. time zone differences.
I tried many different campaigns with different start times. But I cannot get this working in a predictable way.
Please help me: where can I control the background job timing for the workflows? In SM37 I do not see the option nor in SWI1.
