We are currently using CRM 7.0 EHP 2.
We added some z fields in the mapping format for organizations hwen we went live 2 years ago. They worked corrrectly at that time. Even today, when I create a BP from scratch via ELM the data in the Z fields transfer correctly. However when I try to update existing BP's using the same z fields, the data does not transfer from the file to the BP record. I have even tried using mapping rules and adding a constant to those fileds...still no luck. This worked in the past but now notice that it does not.
Anyone have an idea why the fields work during BP creation, but not during BP updating?
