how the 100 leads will transfer to opportunity at a time

Good Morning,

This is Pasha, I have one scenario in Marketing like my company has done one campaign for 1000 customers. in this 1000 customers 100 lead are generated. so the requirement is like we need to transfer these 100 leads at a time to opportunity, so how we will do this, Do we have any soulution for this ,what are the configurations we need to do in this.if you provide the screen shots and settings that would be a grate help foe me,  Please let me know so that i will close this issue as early as possible.
