I have a scenario where I need your help.
If we run a loyalty program in 5 countires with different currencies and customers earn points and redeem points depending on their needs,
For ex:
- We earn 10 points on spending 100 Rupees in India
- We earn 10 points on spending 1000 USD in America
- We earn 10 points on spending 200 Euros in Germany and so on.....
1. If a customer earned points in India and wants to redeem them in America or in Germany, how is that possible and how can we maintain these kind of memberships in a loyalty programs? what is the best solution we can opt for?
2. What kind of Rules and settings we can opt for this kind of scenario while defining Reward Rules Groups and Reward Rules?
