Loyalty Member Activity not getting created

Hi Gurus,

I have created a created a sale order through IC LOY AGENT ROLE. and up on confirming the membership when

1.I click SALES ORDER the sold to party is not picked automatically and I have to enter manually for some reason.

2.After entering all the required data, I set the status to complete and save it Sales order is created successfully without any errors.

3.But the Membership activities are not created for the corresponding sale order in the membership.

I have done the config settings in SPRO :

• Define Member Activity Categories and type
• Define Categories for Sales order Integration.

Please help me or advise me how can I get a MA on saving a SALES ORDER.
