Loyalty Management CRM_LOY_PT_TXN_SAVE

Hi All,

There is a custom report to update data in table "LOYD_PT_TXN" using the FM: CRM_LOY_PT_TXN_SAVE. But the save fails in Production for some records, all preceding records after one fail record are failing.

We are not able to replicate the same in other systems. Client dont provide access to production system debugging.

This FM :CRM_LOY_PT_TXN_SAVE not returning any message, just returning a flag whether save was sucessfull or not. So not able to track the issue.

Can any one tell me the reasons why this FM failing.
