Hi all,
I'm wondering whether any report exist to expire a Membership in a Loyalty Program due to inactivity.
I found only the two reports which expire points, but no report related to a membership expiration. The requirement would be that after a configurable period of time without any activity, the membership status should be changed to Expired (ESTAT E0006).
Did anyone write such a report? Thanks in advance for sharing ideas and providing hints.
