I am within the following scenario:
A list ofcontact persons that are selected by information belonging to corporate
accounts (e. g. address, industry) and selected by information belonging
explicit to the person (function, department and marketing attributes) is required.
- Attribute List (Infoset): Attribute „industry“ -> Value „metal“
- Attribute List (Infoset): attribute „postal code“ -> Value „10000-39999“
- Attribute List (Marketing Attributes): Attribute “sales cluster” -> Value “SAP Business Suite”
--> 1 – 3 belonging to corporate accounts!
4. Attribute List (Infoset): Attribute “department“ -> Value „EDV“ & Attribute „function of partner“ -> Value „head of“
--> # 4 belonging to persons; contact person relationship
--> At all 30 accouts are selected!
5. Attribute List (Marketing Attributes): Attribute “Postmailing” -> Value “yes”
-> When adding #5 the number of affected accounts is “0”. This is not the truth when comparing the data
directly on the database.
The segmentation model is prepared up to # 4 included. When executing # 5 the result turns to “0” – this is the issue!
Questions:
1. Why is it not possible to add marketing attributes belonging to persons?
2. How to avoid the above mentioned error?
-> There must be a possibility to enrich a segment by information of persons!
Does anyone have an idea?
