To get the Target Group details

Hi Gurus,

Unfortunately, we have lost the details of Target group output file after the generation in CRM Web-client.

Would like to know what is the best way to retrieve the output of the Target group file?

Is there any table or any process that we can retrieve the details again?

We are using High volume segmentaion.
