Mail Form Conditions

Dear All,

its a basic one.. but i am missing some thing...

Requirement If Male - consider a Text Element 1 - Mr., if Gender is female consider Text element 2 - Ms.

I tested the same with "test option" by previewing , it work fine . However when use the mailform in outgoing Email Activity ,which i am creating as follow up to Service request , the same is not working...

I tried with Standard attribute context and with out attribute Context.
