Good afternoon experts,
We are in an ISU - CRM landscape. In marketing we are doing object based segmentation, with ADS tables being populated through BW. We are using about 12 ADS tables each holding information on a specific type of client. For each ADS table there is a 1:1 relation with an Infoset, a data source and an attribute list.
Currently we have some issues in segmentation that we raised to SAP (intersection doesn’t work properly, creating the same model twice gives different results etc … ).
I have a “best practices” question for you about the segmentation architecture.
Should the ADS tables be kept to a minimum (two or three) or should we continue using specific ones?
Should one Infoset contain one ADS table or multiple joined ADS tables?
Should an attribute list be generated from one source or from multiple sources?
What is your advice on this?
Best regards
