Hello SAP experts,
I am looking into using tablets at a trade show to capture leads straight into the CRM system without the need to mess around with spreadsheets and ELM.
My initial thoughts are around using surveys to capture the information but then I seem to fall back into downloading these onto a spreadsheet and using ELM to create the BPs etc which kind of defeats the point. Is ther a process to creat BPs dirctly through a survey?
The trade show will have a mixture of existing customers and those we haven't reached yet so a duplicate check would need to be run before any BPs are created.
Has anyone used live lead capture at trade shows previously or does anyone have any useful suggestions for how it could be done?
I have had a look at previous questions on trade show leads but they are more concerned with post show contact upload and not the live data capture scenario.
