REDEEM VOUCHER NOT WORKING

Hi,

I created a voucher with 50% discount via a personalised campaign using LOY_PRO role.

When i try to redeem the voucher via sales order (TA) the discount is not getting reflected in the product price.

Please share your thoughts on this.
