CRM_MKTTG_IS_CONTACT CRM standard infoset pulling wrong data

Hi All,

To create the marketing attributes for department and function. I have activated the standard infoset CRM_MKTTG_IS_CONTACT

and then i created the data source and attribute list.Everything worked fine with no errors.

Then i tried to create the target group from the attributes. The target group is pulling the wrong contact persons which  don't have the department or the function.

Can anyone please help with this issue.Let me know where i can check.i also attache the screenshot of the data source.

Any input will be greatly appreciated and awarded.
