not able to create target group using attributes from diff attribute lists

I m trying to create target group using attributes from different lists but get 0 count. if i create using attributes from the same attribute list i get the count. Im working on CRM7.0 EHP2. Is there anything that im missing or do i hav to apply any note for this issue. Can you please help.
