No applicable reward rule group in Loyalty Member activity

Dear Expert,

 

i am new to crm loyalty management. Your kindly help is highly appreacted!!

 

I have created a loyalty program,Then i created a sales order, and member activity was gnerated successfully via the sales order.However, the points is not got. Could you please tell me how can i do the trouble shoot? is there any configuration missing? Thanks a Lot!!

 

Bellowing is the details:

 

loyalty program including:

 

Reward Rule Group Condition: Activity Categories = Earning Potential;  Activity Types = Product;

 

Reward Rule Condtion: type = product, Rule Action = Earn Point, Actiual Points = Amount

 

Then i created a sales order, and member activity was gnerated successfully via the sales order. In the member activity, =Earning Potential; = Product; = 1221 USD
