Hi,
We are facing strange issue for some users while creating new segmentation model in Web UI.
For CRM marketing role, when we try to create a new segmentation model in Web UI then the create new model pop up is not appearing for some users.
For other users it is appearing properly.
Is there any user level roles setting or some other setting done which can prevent this.
Experts, kindly reply.
