Hi Gurus
We have a unique requirement whereby the clients want to do 2 things.
1: Notify Customers when some of their points are about to expire
2: If a customer performs a specific action before the points expire, the points expiry date will be extended for the affected points.
None of this sounds SAP Standard.
I would have thought a Marketing Campaign to notify the customers, but there are no Infosets in CRM which carry this information.
Then how do you extend the points value as these are linked to a processed activity.
Please advise if you have any insights on how to solve.
