I did the below settings for bounce management. as per the document Prerequisites for Bounce Management - Campaign Management - SAP Library
1. Created Rule Modeler (in my system, there is no Default Rule modeler for bounce mgmt) and maintained in service manager profile.
2. I executed the campaign with target group which have some dummy mail. The sender is getting mails that "mail is not delivered", but when i checked in campaign contact statistic assignment block it showing Bounces as Zero.
How to check the count of bounce mails and convert these mail to another mail id
Please Help this.
