we want toadd a new communication channel (short message) in SAP CRM Interaction Center to better the communication between companies and customers. There are some typical use case for short message.
1. a. short message as a communication channel to send the campaign message to customers.
2. b. System can send a short message automatically to a customer when the day is his/her birthday.
fjfkj c. send a short message automatically to customer to tell him/her when the service engineer will be on site to repair the product.
Need details whether it can be done through event triggered campaigns and workflow. what all configurations are involved for same
