Dear All,
I am implementing lead management, the requirement is to distribute leads based on the sales representative which is assigned to the lead at the time of lead creation if the lead qualification is warm or hot. I have set the rule distribution policy in CRM Web Ui screen shot attached.
In the conditions tab attached below I have assigned the qualification level as warm and hot,
In the actions tab I only want to set the partner function tab as sales representative hence my query is if I leave my business partner Id tab blank will the leads get distributed based on the partner function tab since the partner function is more specific? or I also need to specify the business partner id tab as well.
