Loyalty Member Activity in Sales order

Hi

 

We have configured our Sales order ( standard ) to work for both redemption and accrual and we are not using LTAA or LTAR.  Our sales order is configured for Flexible Payment.

 

1. We want to redeem/accrual the points only when order is shipped. in SPRO I see only Open, In Process  and completed. I can select Completed.

    We are fine with accrual , as the points gets accrued only when the order is shipped. The issue is with redeem(Flexible Payment), that  the points  

     are redeemed only when order is completed, but we want member activity created and points to be hold otherwise, the customer can order and use   the same points. System should create member activity but it creates  only when order is completed.

 

2. The configuration is at header level for both accrual or redeem. If with flexible payment, we are giving as discount for the points amount value at header level for the order. When a partial cancellation is done, what is the standard SAP does interms of points refund for flexible payment.
