how to use 'CRM_MKTBP_ASSIGN_ATTRIBUT_TAB'?

i`m a abaper, so i know little about this bussiness process.

my team ask me upload 'Customer Contacts Marketing Atturibute' to CRM system.

this content of the upload file looks like blow(there are so many field, i have not list it all):

now i need call this function 'CRM_MKTBP_ASSIGN_ATTRIBUT_TAB' to upload data.

please guid me how to generate the internal table which is this function parameter need:

how to find partner`s guid and where is the attribute name come from?
