Implementation of Loyatly management with out campaigns and sales orders

Hi,

We have a specific requirement that a business partner can be awarded loyalty points based on some non marketing activities such as complete profile updation, provide a referral to a business, etc.

Can SAP CRM loyalty management be used to award loyalty membership points with out the campaigns and sales orders.
